Phil’s trail is one of the most popular trails and the original trail within the complex of the same name. Most of the trail is one-way only and riders generally choose to ride from the trailhead, up Ben’s Trail or Kent’s Trail and cut over at one of the many crossing trails to shred through Phil’s Canyon, a one-way blue section with lots of twists, turns, and fun rock jumps.
The upper-most section of the trail, formerly (and colloquially) known as the Helipad. This section starts near the start of Lower Whoops and is a black diamond rated section with significant rock gardens and very technical jumps.
