Middle Flagline is closed every summer to protect elk cows and calves. Do not ride this trail until it is officially open.

Middle Flagline is the start of a populare Bachelor to Bend shuttle starting from Dutchman Sno Park. After a steep climb up the Flagline Access trail, Middle Flagline is a ripping and fun descent to get started headed back to town.
Riders should beware that this trail is CLOSED from May through August 15th every year to protect elk cows and their infant calves. This is their habitat and we are thankful to be able to ride the trail only when it is officially open.
